Papers reported today on controversy at ITV’s X Factor, as the show was once again mired by controversy. An ITV spokesperson, in a controversial move backed by shows producer Simon Cowell, controversially stated that there had been no controversy for at least 3 hours.

The Sun wrote: ‘In a controversial move the shows bosses have decided to ban any controversy over a 24 hour period. ITV and Simon Cowell realised that otherwise profit-making phone calls (which have previously been subject to controversy) to X Factor voting lines were being instead placed to Ofcom.’
Obviously we all love Essex Girls. Apparently so does Peter Andre. Amy Childs, The Essex girl and star of the popular ITV2 The Only Way is Essex has declared her desire to bag Petre Andre and marry him. “He’s so lovely, he’s tanned and gorgeous,” she drooled to OK Magazine, as Finger-Jam made sure she was talking about the Peter Andre we were thinking of.
